Cooperativa La Hermosa was founded with the objective that the producers could access a more human and dignify life thought the production of coffee. There are 29 producers related to the Coop of which 12 are women and 17 men. The coffee is collected in a centralized mill and then processed to parchment. The cooperative takes then care of the commercialization of the beans.
