A long chain of today inactive volcanoes stretches out in the well known coffee region Pluma in Oaxaca. This allows the Mexican Esmeralda coffee to develop in rich and fertile soils. The care given to the coffeemakers as well as the top-of-the-range preparation of this coffee result in a quality cup, combining roasting and floral aromas. This coffee is one of the best arabicas produced in the Oaxaca region.
