Historically dedicated to coffee cultivation, Fazenda Bom Jardim has transformed its traditional model of conventional coffee farming into an ambitious project for the organic production of specialty coffees. The aim is to develop a sustainable coffee production project across the 120 hectares of crops, catering to the demands of the new generations that will eventually take over the family business. The challenge was to integrate the knowledge and practices of conventional coffee production with the principles of organic agriculture, in a way that would ensure a financially viable and ecologically suitable model for future generations.
With dedication and focus, it has been possible to produce high-quality specialty coffees, capable of adding social, environmental, and economic value to the agricultural activity carried out at Fazenda Bom Jardim for three generations.
Certification as an organic coffee producer, in compliance wit Brazilian, U.S., and European Union standards, enables Fazenda Bom Jardim to offer consumers a product with distinct quality, pleasing the palates of those who appreciate coffee with a unique history, aroma, and flavor.
