The farm El Cascajal is nestled amidst the Cuenca de Monte Cristo mountain range. Resting on a small plateau of Cerro Tecomapa you can see El Salvador to the South, Honduras to the East and Guatemala to the West truly finding yourself at the “Three Corners” of Central America. The farmer is very committed to conservation of the nature and sustainable practices. Therefore he certified the farm years ago with the well-recognized seals of Rainforest Alliance and UTZ Certified.
