We are the Baracat Sanchez family, traditional coffee producers from the Cerrado Mineiro region, and we are in our fourth generation producing ethical, traceable, and certified coffees, under the guidance of Agricultural Engineer Maria Gabriela Baracat Sanchez.
We carry in our DNA a combination of the new and the traditional, innovating in high technology and business management, without losing the foundations built in the past.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Our business produces high quality fine coffees with productivity. To do so, we continuously promote improvement actions in our processes, to guarantee compliance with the applicable requirements and exceed the expectations of our customers.
We develop actions to safeguard the occupational health and safety of our employees, and we adopt a practical mentality of soacioenvironmental responsibility.

SPECIALTY PROGRAM
Our Specialty Program is based on exceeding the expectations of our customers, producing coffees that meet the most refined tastes in the world. It is governed by the set of actions adopted in the Productive and Quality Process which generates three gifts of coffee that we rate as: Divine Lots: coffees that are produced in nano or micro lots that reach a spectacular score above 85 points. These coffees demonstrate very precisely our essence of how passionate we are about coffee.
Stupendous Lots: in this specialty, there are coffees with a score between 83 and 84 points which come from our “terroirs”.
Exceptional Lots: in this classification, they reach a score between 81 to 82 points, the most traditional coffees produced within strict production standards are offered to guarantee quality, content and punctuality.
