Our Service

Quality Control

Lena Marie Vikas

“Following SCA standards and Q-Grader certification, I rigorously test every batch to deliver exceptional coffee experiences. For me, quality control at IAC means selecting the best green coffee, creating detailed flavor profiles, optimizing roasting, and blending beans for balanced results.”

The following points are included in the topic of quality control for IAC:

  • Carefully choosing specific lots of green coffee beans based on their unique characteristics and quality attributes.
  • Evaluating the sensory qualities of coffee through systematic tasting to create detailed flavor profiles.
  • Utilizing various parameters to optimize the roasting process and achieve desired flavor profiles for different coffee beans.
  • Crafting blends by skillfully combining different coffee beans to achieve balanced and complex flavor profiles.
  • Certified SCA & Q-Grader Courses

We evaluate every purchase at our quality labs to make sure it is in line with classifications. Daily sensory evaluation and green coffee analysis following the SCA protocol and official industry standards are therefore crucial.

Food Safety

Daniela Randelhoff

All of the measures implemented by InterAmerican Coffee in these areas are intended to ensure that the green coffee traded by InterAmerican Coffee is suitable for consumption by the end consumer as a foodstuff and that it cannot cause any adverse health effects.
