This coffee is being produced by different smallholders. Living in the southern highlands, the climate is almost ideal to produce high quality arabica coffee. The coffee is being selectively picked and then pulped during the same day. After pulping, the coffee is being dried on African drying beds. Once the parchment has reached the optimal moisture content, it is being delivered the AMCOS, the nearby cooperative. They are then receiving the coffee from many different farmers and bringing it as one consignment to the dry mill. From there it is being milled and processed for shipping.
