Located since 1977 in the Cerrado Mineiro Region, Guima Café is produced on the São Lourenço and Brasis farms, in the municipalities of Patos de Minas and Varjão de Minas. Its crops are between plains and valleys with average altitudes of 1,030 meters and add up to 1,300 hectares. With an annual production capacity of 35 thousand bags, 70% of which is specialty coffee production, Guima is part of the BMG Group, one of the largest private business conglomerates in the country. It is a member of the Brazilian Association of Specialty Coffees (BSCA), certified by the RainForest Alliance since 2008, in addition to Certifica Minas, AAA from Nespresso and Café Practices. Guima Café has reinforced its commitment to sustainable production by becoming the fourth farm in the world to receive the British Regenagri®️ certification for regenerative coffee farming.
