This coffee has a tea-like body, a medium acidity with a high sweetness and flavors of chocolate, cherry, dried fruits and rum.

This coffee forms a harmonious symbiosis of complex rum, oak wood, dried fruit and grape flavours. After a short fermentation, the coffee was handsorted, sun-dried and stored several weeks in a barrique barrel built of french oak, that was filled by a Pinot Noir for the last three years.
