Daniel comes from a coffee family, which has been involved for over 30 years to the cultivation and export of Salvadorian coffee. The passion makes him take one of the most important decisions of his life, buying Opal Farm where he has found a place that has more than coffee:
an incredible flora and fauna.
The weather in this area is always very pleasant and unique. Animals such as squirrels, hawks, rabbits, and armadillos can be seen around the farm.
The annual production is around 650 bags (60kg) with the mill being located in San Antonio.
