This coffee has flavours of cassis and grapefruit with a full and smooth body. The acidity is juicy, citric and high on sweetness.

This coffee forms a harmonious symbiosis of complex rum, oak wood, dried fruit and grape flavours. After a short fermentation, the coffee was handsorted, sun-dried and stored several weeks in a barrique barrel built of french oak, that was filled by a Pinot Noir for the last three years.
