Die Fazenda do Lobo „Farm des Wolfes“ ist eine Kaffeefarm mit großer Tradition, die sich in der Gemeinde Tres Corações (dem größten Anbaugebiet des Landes) in Sul de Minas, Brasilien, am Rande der zauberhaften Berge von São Thome das Letras auf durchschnittlich 1000 m.ü.M. befindet. Der Lobo-Guara ist eine wunderschöne Spezies, die leider vom Aussterben bedroht ist. Die Farm wurde 1996 erworben und wird derzeit von dem Ehepaar Andrea und Marcos geführt. Beide waren schon immer in Kontakt mit der Landwirtschaft, die sie lieben! Andrea ist die vierte Generation von Kaffeebauern in ihrer Familie und leitet den Betrieb mit Unterstützung ihres Mannes Marcos, der Ingenieur für Agronomie ist. Seitdem wurden alle 90 Hektar Kaffeeanbaufläche neu bepflanzt, um eine höhere Produktivität in Kombination mit einer großen Vielfalt an Sorten wie Arara, Acauã, Yellow Bourbon, Red Catuaí, Yellow Catucaí, Mundo Novo, Topázio zu erreichen. -
